DESCRIPTION

A Wisconsin-based agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive initiative support services. The selected vendor will be responsible for project coordination and community engagement, including the development and distribution of meeting agendas. Ongoing tasks include maintaining and updating the agency's website and social media pages with minor text changes and event postings, estimated at approximately two hours per month. Additionally, the vendor will monitor and manage a central comment form and email inbox, coordinating timely responses with relevant parties.

Further responsibilities involve collaborating with committee members and site owners to plan signage at designated marker locations. This includes contributing to the design, installation planning, and overall strategies to enhance public awareness of the initiative. The vendor will participate in neighborhood meetings and community events, serving as a WaterMarks spokesperson to present information and distribute materials as needed. Content creation duties include developing new webpages for WaterMarkers in partnership with MMSD and documenting engagement activities through photos and videos. A Signage Planning Summary outlining concepts, placement, installation considerations, and recommended actions will also be required. Monthly website updates and the creation of up to two new webpages per year are expected as part of these services.
