DESCRIPTION

A vendor is required to provide an online digital learning platform featuring a grades 6–12 curriculum focused on core subjects, electives, credit recovery, and professional development opportunities for teachers. The solution should offer coursework suitable for both traditional and virtual middle–high schools, with initial credit and credit recovery options. Vendors must supply a comprehensive course list with corresponding course numbers aligned with the state-funded subject and course documentation.

The platform should support coursework facilitated by vendor-provided teachers, and demonstrate operability with Infinite Campus and Classlink systems. Proposals must detail any integration of AI for student feedback and support, methods for maintaining academic integrity, and mechanisms for providing immediate student assistance without requiring instant teacher intervention. Support for students whose primary language is not English and procedures for teacher vetting and training are also necessary. Information on lesson video development and average video length is requested. The contract will last for one year, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled.

All vendor questions must be submitted by May 14, 2026, and the pre-bid meeting will take place on May 7, 2026.
