DESCRIPTION
A third-party administrator is sought to manage the disbursement and oversight of provider infrastructure payments under the transforming maternal health model for a four-year contract period. Responsibilities include distribution, monitoring, and oversight of payments, as well as supporting patient safety initiatives and maternal care assessments. The administrator will facilitate planning, revise patient flow, and oversee the acquisition or improvement of electronic health record (EHR) systems, coding changes, and other activities necessary to optimize risk assessments and deliver risk-appropriate maternity care.
Additional tasks involve quality assurance data reporting and data integration to support data-driven maternity care, along with fostering team-based care. The successful vendor will play a central role in advancing maternal health outcomes through administrative, technological, and analytics support.
