DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Santa Barbara, California is seeking firms to provide comprehensive infrastructure inspection services, develop an ongoing operations and maintenance plan, and design a spillway retrofit for local waterway infrastructure. The selected design professional will be required to independently evaluate all conditions affecting performance of the work, which includes assessing site conditions, existing facilities, seismic, geologic, soils, hydrologic, geographic, and climatic factors, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
