The government authority in Chicago, Illinois seeks a vendor to provide printing services for informational signage, maps, banners, and decals. Depending on the quantities required, the selected contractor must be capable of producing film and plates for offset printing or silk screening to accommodate large format items.
Items required include, but are not limited to, advertising posters, bus shelter maps, bulkheads’ oversized car cards, rail car cards with maps on white translucent styrene, headlight displays, super king-size posters, dioramas, station clock posters, one and two sheet posters, king and queen size displays, decals, taillight displays, traveling displays, urban panels, and station timetables in both 27" x 40" and 24" x 36" dimensions.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 16, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by March 18, 2026. The initial contract period will be for one year.
