DESCRIPTION
The Department of the Navy Chief Information Officer Information Technology Division (DON CIO ITD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive IT and IT-related support services in both classified and unclassified domains. The scope includes database administration, software development, operational support for data centers, and assistance with data center migration.
Services extend to advanced system and network administration, information assurance, portfolio management, customer service and helpdesk operations, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), telecommunications support, NMCI tech refreshes, mobility and wireless equipment upgrades, inventory maintenance, and SharePoint server farm management. There will also be requirements for portal upgrades and the engineering, development, and integration of DON CIO Claimancy and SECNAV Headquarters hardware, software, and related systems.
The contract will feature a five-year ordering period, providing a long-term engagement opportunity for vendors with requisite technical capabilities and federal contract experience.
