DESCRIPTION

This RFI seeks vendors capable of delivering comprehensive information technology support services for a government authority located in Washington, DC. The scope includes executive-level administrative, programmatic, and operational IT support, with responsibilities such as governance coordination, resource planning, staffing transitions, executive reporting, and ensuring continuity of operations.

Vendors must be able to design, integrate, secure, and operate networks, infrastructure, applications, automation, and digital platforms, adopting Agile methodologies and modern engineering practices to achieve mission objectives and system reliability. The services encompass white-glove customer support, executive communications, mobile/flyaway kit support, VTC services, account and asset lifecycle management, and direct engagement with senior leaders across all operational environments.

Maintaining continuous authorization, cybersecurity risk management, compliance, IT governance, financial oversight, records and knowledge management, as well as Congressional and litigation support, are vital to operational integrity. Vendors should also be adept at defining, tracking, and reporting service performance metrics, customer satisfaction indicators, and operational risk measures. Experience with Windows and Linux server administration, including system hardening, patching, performance monitoring, lifecycle management, and backup/recovery strategy implementation is required. Understanding cloud networking concepts—such as virtual networks/VPCs, subnets, routing, and security groups—is also essential.
