DESCRIPTION

The government authority located in Quincy, Massachusetts seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive information technology support services. The selected provider will deliver managed services for three physical servers and three virtual servers, as well as maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including hardware, systems software, application software, and all associated configurations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, or other system problems, and replacing defective components as required. The vendor will provide remote monitoring and management of all servers for system stability, automate the deployment of Microsoft patches and hotfixes, as well as third-party software like Adobe Reader, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Dropbox. Additional duties involve monitoring critical network equipment, maintaining and updating a hardware and software inventory, managing antivirus software, and monitoring Windows event logs.

The contract period is for one year, and questions from interested bidders must be submitted no later than April 20, 2026.
