DESCRIPTION
A government authority in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive information technology services and management. The scope of work includes Microsoft infrastructure management, Microsoft 365 support, and administration of related programs. Services also encompass workstation and endpoint support, patching and maintenance, as well as managing office networking, directory services, capacity planning, and backup operations.
The selected provider will deliver help desk services handling approximately 125 tickets annually. Experience and working knowledge of audiovisual (AV) systems and their integration with network infrastructure—including connectivity, bandwidth, security, and interoperability—is required. The contract also covers patch management for servers, network devices, and systems, identity and access management, threat detection, vulnerability scanning, and remediation workflows. The contract period will be three years.
