The government authority located in Artesia, New Mexico seeks an experienced vendor to provide comprehensive information technology services. The selected provider will assist with end-user support, network and server administration, cybersecurity, cloud and email services, as well as repair and upgrade fiber infrastructure. Responsibilities also include maintenance of agency phone systems.
Key duties include installation and configuration of new hardware and software, inventory and asset management, and design and administration of secure LAN and WAN networks. The vendor will maintain backup and recovery processes, manage camera and key card access control systems, and provide help desk support for hardware, software, and user access issues. Ongoing support for firewalls, switches, wireless networks, Active Directory, and backups is also required. Additionally, the scope covers administration of Microsoft 365, email security, and maintaining VoIP phone systems with compliance standards. The provider must also keep network and phone diagrams, equipment inventories, and generate quarterly service reports.
The contract period is one year, with all vendor questions due by May 12, 2026.
