A government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive information technology services. Responsibilities include managed support for networks, servers, workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals, alongside help desk services incorporating intake, prioritization, escalation, and resolution processes.
The selected vendor will also support cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft 365 and hosted applications, manage the hardware and software lifecycle including procurement, deployment, and replacement, and provide assistance for District-specific line-of-business applications. The scope includes after-hours and emergency support, as well as continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and patch management.
The contract is anticipated to run for one year, with all technical and clarification questions due by March 18, 2026.
