DESCRIPTION
The government authority in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive information technology (IT) project management services for the implementation of a land management software system. The selected provider will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a master project plan covering pre-implementation preparation, project schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
The scope includes oversight of all project phases, from pre-implementation through post-launch optimization, system integration activities such as data migration, API development, and system interfacing. The selected vendor will coordinate infrastructure, security, and configuration tasks with IT teams and third-party vendors, in addition to developing change management and user adoption strategies.
