DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Kissimmee, Florida seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive information technology oversight services for a one-year contract. The scope includes providing IT oversight, cybersecurity services, and technical systems support to enhance system performance, operational efficiency, and compliance. Responsibilities involve securing access to required software and systems, conducting documentation review and knowledge transfer, and coordinating with appointed IT staff to ensure seamless operations.

The selected vendor will serve as an escalation resource for complex or high-risk technical issues, offer advisory support on system architecture and infrastructure improvements, and act as a liaison for critical software and hardware concerns that exceed onsite resolution capacity.
