DESCRIPTION

The government authority in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive information technology managed services. The selected provider will manage and maintain network systems, servers, workstations, cloud platforms, and oversee relevant software for support, monitoring, helpdesk, backups, security, disaster recovery, remote access, on-site support, and printer support services related to the IT System.

Key responsibilities include system architecture assessment, recommendations for IT performance improvements, implementation of internal controls, preventative maintenance, deployment of approved Microsoft patches, server operating system and application upgrades, monitoring, service issue resolution, antivirus maintenance, password management for supported servers and applications, remote server management during scheduled maintenance windows, and managed local server backups. The provider must also deliver 24/7 remote monitoring of connectivity, core Windows services, and event logs.

The contract will have a three-year duration. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting on April 7, 2026. All questions relating to the RFP must be submitted no later than May 4, 2026.
