DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Leominster, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive information technology managed services for its School Department. The selected provider will oversee the ongoing management, operation, upgrade, support, and coordination of the department’s IT network. This includes monitoring and management of all endpoints and network components, ensuring 24x7 desktop and server monitoring, issuing alerts, and performing rapid threat responses.
