DESCRIPTION


The Town of Crossfield in Alberta, Canada is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive information technology managed services. The selected provider will be responsible for proactive management and monitoring of the town’s IT infrastructure and endpoints, covering devices such as switches, firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi systems, and other networking equipment as designated by the town.

Services must include a Network Operations Centre (NOC) capable of offering 24/7/365 monitoring for all core network devices and servers.
