A government entity in California is seeking IT consulting services to support the documentation, analysis, and migration of legacy technology systems. The scope of work includes thoroughly documenting current system architecture, encompassing software components, security features, data flows, and integrations with other applications. Consultants will be required to document legacy data slated for migration, conduct a gap analysis of existing systems, and recommend alternative solutions for remediation or replacement.
