Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The government authority in California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide information technology consulting services. The selected consultant will partner with the agency to design intentional, efficient, and scalable business processes aligning with the targeted IT system.
A major initiative involves facilitating the consolidation of seventeen legacy systems into a unified platform. The vendor will lead lean-based analysis to identify and remove unnecessary process variation, duplication, and rework from legacy environments. Key responsibilities also include developing standardized procedures to ensure consistent process execution across the agency.
The consulting partner will work to improve operational readiness for the long-term use, maintenance, and development of the final IT solution, while building internal capabilities for ongoing process improvement as the organization’s needs and technologies change. The initial contract will span one year.
