The government authority in Haddon Heights, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive information technology and cybersecurity services. The selected partner will deliver managed IT support and cybersecurity measures to safeguard municipal technology infrastructure, digital assets, and resident data. Services will include 24/7/365 Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) monitoring, Managed Detection and Response (MDR), and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) for all municipal devices.
Responsibilities encompass day-to-day IT operations support across municipal departments, annual technology roadmaps, strategic planning sessions with leadership, IT budget planning, and recommendations for capital improvements. The vendor must provide proactive cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, and compliance support, ensure reliable infrastructure management for continuity of critical services, and deliver Tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support utilizing a ticketing system with SLA-tracked response and resolution times.
Additional duties include hardware procurement guidance, lifecycle management, Active Directory and user account management, LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure monitoring and maintenance, firewall configuration and management, and advanced email filtering such as anti-phishing, anti-spoofing, and anti-malware. The contract will span a period of three years.
