A global organization is seeking an experienced vendor to deliver comprehensive influencer marketing services tailored to the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be an agency with a proven history of operating across multiple regions and markets, demonstrating the ability to manage influencer strategies and campaigns on an international scale.
The scope of work includes the development and execution of influencer strategies, facilitating content creation in collaboration with creators, and managing travel-based activations designed to engage audiences worldwide. Vendors must possess capabilities in operational, creative, and cross-market campaign execution to support influencer programs across various international markets. Services will also require developing market-specific recommendations grounded in cultural insights, platform trends, and traveler sentiment.
In addition, the selected agency will be responsible for vetting influencers to ensure audience authenticity, brand safety, and cultural alignment, as well as creating detailed creative briefs that direct high-quality, emotionally resonant content. The ability to facilitate co-branded and multi-partner campaigns—incorporating partners such as travel brands, hoteliers, and airlines—is essential. The successful vendor will provide comprehensive performance reporting, covering metrics such as reach, engagement, sentiment, content quality, and earned media value.
A critical component of this role involves managing all aspects of travel logistics for influencers, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, developing itineraries, and addressing all travel documentation and entry requirements. Oversight of influencer campaign implementation from initiation to completion is expected.
