DESCRIPTION


The government authority in British Columbia seeks a vendor to provide specialized cyber security services for industrial control systems (ICS) in support of small, operational projects. The selected firm will be responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining key cyber security documentation, such as system drawings and configuration records, and assisting in the design and delivery of cyber security training tailored to operational technology (OT) environments.

Additional responsibilities include evaluating cyber risks for new or existing control hardware or networked components and supporting response and recovery activities during cyber security incidents. Vendors will also be expected to provide expert advice and support for SCADA and telemetry systems operating over secure wireless communications infrastructure. This includes expertise with routing strategies, proprietary and legacy communication protocols, encryption methods, and radio frequency (RF) technologies.
