DESCRIPTION

The County seeks a qualified vendor to provide indoor television screen advertising placement services at seven county service centers. Responsibilities include supplying advertising content to be displayed on service center television screens, developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and sales plan, and producing marketing kits for sales presentations.

The selected firm will be responsible for creating and producing all sold indoor advertising packages—including both image and video advertisements—for display across the seven service center locations. All advertising must be appropriately integrated with the service centers' lobby management systems.

Additional duties include the management and maintenance of advertising schedules at each location and ensuring seamless coordination for advertising sales and content updates. The vendor will sell both image and video advertising opportunities tailored to each service center.
