DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Greenville, North Carolina seeks a vendor to provide services for an indoor facility LED scoreboard. The project involves supplying and installing an LED screen with dimensions of 16’ 4.9” high by 59’ 0.7” wide (969 sq ft). The display specifications include a pixel pitch of 3.9mm, a pixel matrix of 1,280 high by 4,608 wide (with a total of 5,898,240 pixels), and a GOB top coating or an equivalent protective finish.

The scope includes installation of the scoreboard, provision of a custom rack for content and control, and installation of a processor (primary only) expected to be within 300’ of the display. The scoreboard must have a minimum 5-year parts warranty and at least a 1-year labor warranty. Additional options include training costs and an annual maintenance agreement. The initial contract period is for one year.

Vendors must submit any questions by April 2, 2026.
