This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive indoor digital signage services. The required solution should include a cloud-based digital signage software that is capable of integrating with the Momentus API (EBMS software). The scope also encompasses a five-year subscription for cloud-hosted content management (CMS) and software services.
Vendors will need to supply 10.1-inch digital signs with built-in media players (touch screen not necessary), supporting a brightness of 400 nits and 24/7 operation. The project also specifies the provision of 55-inch digital signs with 500 nits brightness and 4K (UHD) resolution, along with compatible media players, all necessary hardware cabling, and adjustable or “Fusion” (or similar) pullout mounts for large signs. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 6, 2026.
