A government authority in Colorado is seeking a consultant to provide indirect costs and federal reporting services. The selected contractor will assist with the catch-up of the Statewide Cost Allocation Plan (SWCAP) for fiscal years 2023 through 2028. Responsibilities include preparing federal and appropriations/cash fees statewide cost allocation plans in accordance with federal regulations and cost accounting standards.
The contractor will also support the Office of State Planning and Budgeting and the Joint Budget Committee staff in securing acceptance and approval for the statewide cost allocation plan. The contract will cover a period of one year.
