DESCRIPTION
The project seeks a vendor to provide an indications and warnings tool designed to alert users with pop-up notifications when they are redirected to external websites. The tool must feature a fully bilingual user interface, enabling seamless language switching between English and French with all elements precisely translated and maintained.
Compatibility with current and future versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge web browsers used by the Canadian Armed Forces/Department of National Defence (CAF/DND) is required. The tool must be capable of updating its data regularly according to a defined schedule to ensure the accuracy and currency of presented information.
The solution should access social media data from multiple platforms, including various types such as forum-based, thread-based, video-based, dark web-based, and message-based sources. Mobile optimization is necessary to allow users full access and usability via smartphones and tablets. Additionally, the tool must include advanced search fields enabling users to query datasets or platforms using specific attributes or identifiers.
