The government authority in San Angelo, Texas seeks to engage independent professionals to provide proposal evaluation services for the Operation and Management of Workforce Solutions of the Concho Valley solicitation. Evaluators will be responsible for reviewing all eligible proposals submitted, ensuring a thorough and unbiased assessment process.
Key responsibilities include evaluating proposals according to a specific scoring rubric and criteria provided by the Board, participating in orientation and calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring standards, and completing individual scoring sheets with written justifications for all scores assigned.
