Key responsibilities include developing and submitting a detailed project plan, reviewing assessment records, Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) data, GIS layers, sales validation reports, and prior ratio studies. The engagement will require residential field inspections and the development of methodologies for commercial property valuations, which may offer alternatives to the agency's current assessment approaches.
