The scope involves identifying significant risks, establishing planning materiality, determining the nature and extent of audit procedures, and preparing a comprehensive audit strategy and detailed audit plan. The objective is to strengthen the county’s internal controls, ensure robust compliance oversight, and facilitate the timely completion and submission of all required audit-related reports. The contract will be awarded for a term of one year.
