The government authority in Albany, New York, is seeking a vendor to provide independent assessor program services. Responsibilities include maintaining department-approved policy and procedure documents, as well as developing and updating call scripts to assist staff in responding to callers and processing service requests. The contractor must be capable of quickly disseminating new scripting to staff when changes to the program or system-generated issues arise.
Services will also include offering telephonic support related to appointment scheduling, rescheduling, as well as addressing consumer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, the vendor will conduct community health assessments and medical examinations, utilizing translation services and bilingual nurses as required. Both written and verbal communications must be provided in multiple languages, including but not limited to English, Spanish, Russian, Haitian-Creole, Chinese, Korean, and Bengali, in compliance with state policies and departmental directives.
The contract will cover a period of five years. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 18, 2026.
