Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design-Build and Construction Projects

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District, is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors for a potential Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) covering design-build and construction projects in Florida. This MATOC, anticipated for fiscal year 2026, will include a broad range of construction services, such as new construction, demolition, renovation, and repair. Projects will primarily serve military and interagency clients, including specialized work on waterfront, shore, and marine infrastructure within the Jacksonville District.

The intention is to establish a competitive pool of contractors, with individual Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders assigned under the MATOC.
