DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Carson City, Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide indefinite delivery and quantity services focused on program management and alternative project delivery support. The contractor will deliver a range of services on an as-needed basis, including program management, alternative project delivery support, contract and claims support (such as reviewing and providing input on change orders, project schedules, and claims), as well as technical, legal, and financial advisory services throughout procurement and project delivery phases.
Additional requirements include supporting decision-making through performance metrics and data-driven tools, conducting project-level risk analysis and mitigation planning, and providing program planning, reporting, and administration. The selected firm will also be responsible for program-level analysis, risk management, and project management support. All prospective bidders must submit their questions by May 6, 2026.
