DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to deliver an Inclusion Catalyst Hub Knowledge Platform. The digital platform will include five integrated components to enable knowledge generation, sharing, and utilization across four strategic pathways. These features are: a technical assistance portal, a learning platform for education and training, webinar management and announcement tools, a forum for communities of practice, and a knowledge repository with robust content management.

Key requirements include a shared user profile system ensuring persistent user settings and roles across all modules, a centralized notification and activity feed aggregating updates from all components, and a comprehensive full-text search indexing all content and modules. The platform must also support single sign-on functionality via a common identity provider, advanced ticket search and filtering options, configurable ticket assignment workflows with automatic escalation, as well as a searchable database. Additionally, a public event calendar should be included with options to filter by topic, date, and language.

A pre-bid meeting related to this opportunity was held on March 16, 2026.
