DESCRIPTION


The government authority in British Columbia seeks a vendor to provide incident response retainer services, which include both proactive and reactive cybersecurity measures. The awarded firm will deliver rapid, professional incident response services in the event of a cybersecurity incident, offering both remote and on-site support as required to minimize system disruption and data breach impacts.

Services include comprehensive digital forensics, encompassing evidence collection and preservation, compromise assessments, root cause analysis, malware and threat investigation, and system log and network data analysis to determine the scope and impact of security incidents.
