An Ontario agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a robust and scalable incident reporting solution aimed at modernizing campus safety management and compliance. The selected solution will need to improve the reporting, tracking, and management of safety and security incidents across multiple campuses.
The system must be accessible via both mobile and desktop platforms, allowing protection agents to access and submit incident reports directly from the field. Essential features include secure workflows for incident intake, review, escalation, and closure, supported by comprehensive audit logs. Integration with the agency’s Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication is required to ensure user security, while analytics and reporting dashboards should offer tools for trend analysis, incident categorization, and proactive safety insights.
Role-based access controls are necessary to maintain data integrity and support compliance with legal and privacy regulations. The solution must offer a responsive, accessible interface that fulfills all requirements outlined in the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001 and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. Additionally, the platform should easily integrate with existing campus systems. The contract term for this initiative is five years.
