Implementation of Microsoft Identity and Access Management Solution

The client seeks a vendor to implement Microsoft’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution aimed at automating onboarding, offboarding, staff transfers, and modifications to application access and system authorization levels. The project will focus on maximizing return on investment by leveraging Microsoft’s ecosystem, notably the Microsoft Entra ID and other access management capabilities, such as IAM, single sign-on, identity services, and any related Microsoft solutions.

Key deliverables include assessing the client’s current Active Directory and Entra ID synchronization, replacing the existing single sign-on solution, implementing IAM automation, integrating IAM with platforms like Workday and ServiceNow, and automating application provisioning. The project scope also includes strengthening compliance and governance, and the provision of comprehensive documentation, team training, and a smooth transition to operations. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting was held, and all inquiries concerning the RFP had to be submitted by the given deadline.
