DESCRIPTION

The project seeks a provider to support strategic consolidation among nonprofit field-building organizations in the impact investing and inclusive capitalism ecosystems. Services include conducting feasibility studies and due diligence to assess alignment and potential synergies prior to mergers. Funding will also cover legal and consulting costs required for structuring successful mergers, and support integration planning and implementation to facilitate operational, financial, technological, and cultural transitions post-merger.

Additional support will be provided for staff transition and change management, ensuring leadership transitions are smooth and minimizing disruption for employees and stakeholders. The provider will facilitate reputation-enhancing strategic communication to celebrate strategic mergers, supporting leaders willing to prioritize mission alignment over personal job security.

Interested vendors must submit a Letter of Intent by June 11, 2026.
