The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is planning to establish several Single Award Construction Contracts (SACC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicles to support a broad range of construction-related services at ICE facilities across the continental United States and satellite locations. These contracts aim to address evolving infrastructure needs for numerous Department of Homeland Security (DHS) ICE facilities and include general construction, alteration, maintenance, repair, demolition, design-build, Building Information Modelling (BIM), and new construction of buildings, facilities, and real property.
Contractors will be required to manage multiple concurrent task orders and support emergency responses to natural disasters and other urgent needs. The scope of work covers general design and construction management, site planning, environmental planning, renovations, maintenance of existing facilities, demolition, engineering analysis (including geotechnical surveys), and both renovation and new construction services.
All contractors must provide comprehensive management, labor, equipment, and services required to operate and maintain ICE facilities. The contracts will be structured for a period of performance of five years from the date of award, with places of performance spanning multiple ICE locations to be specified in the forthcoming Request for Proposal.
