DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide modernization services for an immigrant nominee program platform that supports employers, applicants, and their representatives through an e-Filing Portal. The project involves integrating inquiry intake with the case management system and automating key business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key requirements include centralized inquiry tracking with full visibility into the inquiry lifecycle, task automation, and the ability to generate automated correspondence that prepopulates relevant data. The platform must ensure the secure delivery of correspondence to applicants, employers, and their representatives through a public-facing interface with confirmation of delivery and read receipts.
Additional expectations are for end-to-end, system-based hand-offs and referrals, as well as advanced search functionalities that allow users to filter, save, and reuse frequent searches.
