DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Virginia seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive iLottery system and associated support services. The selected vendor will deliver innovative strategies and solutions to increase the Lottery’s gaming market share, drive acquisition and retention of online Lottery players, and provide state-of-the-art lottery gaming experiences.

The scope includes development and maintenance of a platform with Player Account Management, player-facing website and mobile app, lottery rewards (loyalty) program, CRM integration, customer service for iLottery users, and an affiliate program. The system should enable planning for new software releases, including developing new features, and support seamless integration with external communication tools for player notifications via email, SMS, or push notifications. Additionally, a coupon management system for cross-promotional activities is required, along with mobile-first UI/UX design. All contractual services will be provided over a five-year period.
