The vendor is required to provide illuminated street name sign installation and maintenance services throughout the Town. This includes supplying durable and compliant signage, performing installation, repair, replacement, and ongoing maintenance for illuminated street name sign assemblies. The scope also covers replacing existing 12-inch wide cabinet assemblies with new 4-inch wide LED backlit cabinet assemblies for illuminated street name signs.
Additionally, the vendor must conduct inspection and reporting of the conditions of illuminated street name signs to ensure continued compliance and functionality. The contract will be for a period of one year, with all questions regarding the RFP due by May 6, 2026.
