Identity and Training Management Systems

The client seeks a vendor to provide both a comprehensive, automated Identity Management System (IdMS) and an integrated training management system. The desired identity management solution should minimize redundant data entry across independent systems and establish a paperless records management workflow. It must integrate seamlessly with airport badging hardware and software—including fingerprint scanners, badge printers, access control platforms, and Security Threat Assessment systems—while supporting automated data exchange for security threat assessments and Criminal History Records Checks (CHRC). The system should automate badge audits and notifications for expirations, renewals, and required training.

The training management system should feature interactive learning modules, a robust course builder for creating presentations and tests, and capabilities for webinar training of administrative and management staff. It must maintain training records, track completions and expirations, and synchronize training status with the identity management solution according to specified integration requirements. Automated alerting for initial, recurrent, and expiring training must also be included for badge holders, authorized signers, and administrators.
