DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive IBM software asset management services. The scope includes conducting IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT) health assessments and platform support maintenance on a monthly basis, along with managing software inventory report validations quarterly. The vendor will also be responsible for maintaining ILMT sub-capacity software classification baselines and validating both sub-capacity reporting and license positions.

Additional services involve semi-annual non-system generated reporting, developing product-specific workbooks and procedures for non-system generated products, and executing activities to gather and report usage. The vendor will need to ensure full validation of non-system generated reports and provide accurate license positioning for IBM software within the engagement’s scope.
