DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive software and maintenance support for IBM Power 9 equipment. The contractor will offer maintenance and support renewal services for Courts four, CASES International Business Machines (IBM) Power 9 servers, which includes hardware, operating system software, and related tape library operating system software.

Additionally, the scope incorporates maintenance and support for IBM storage networking SAN24B–6 switches. Prospective vendors must be able to deliver reliable and timely maintenance for all specified hardware and software components to ensure continuous operations.
