DESCRIPTION
The solicitation seeks a vendor to provide IBM Passport Advantage software subscription and license metric tool (ILMT) infrastructure services. Key responsibilities include conducting periodic inventory, health checks, and detailed reports for ILMT, focusing on health assessment and platform support maintenance on a monthly basis. Vendors are also expected to manage software inventory report validation for platforms such as AIX, Linux, and Windows on a quarterly schedule.
Further, the scope includes establishing ILMT sub-capacity software classifications baselines and performing sub-capacity report validation and license position tasks with semi-annual non–system generated reporting. The selected vendor will develop product-specific workbooks and procedures for non–system generated products within the engagement's scope and complete execution activities to effectively gather and report usage. The contract period is set for one year.
