The scope includes procuring and maintaining various IBM software products to support end users and customers, ensuring all IBM licenses within the enterprise remain fully supported.
Key components include annual software subscriptions and support for IBM Cognos Analytics (both administrator per authorized user and user per processor value unit), IBM Maximo Application Suite (per AppPoint), and IBM Security Guardium Package (per 100 resource units).
