The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health, intends to renew its HydrantID TLS software license through a sole source arrangement with HID Global dba HydrantID. This renewal will cover an Enterprise Trusted SSL subscription for the period of January 19, 2025, to December 14, 2026, based in Rockville, MD.
Due to a lapse in the prior coverage period, vendors should include a reinstatement fee in their quotes, ensuring uninterrupted coverage from December 15, 2025, through the new anticipated award date of January 19, 2025, with the original end date of December 14, 2026 remaining unchanged. Interested parties able to provide the required software may submit a capability statement and a reseller authorization letter for consideration. The Government reserves the right to determine whether to compete this requirement based on the responses received.
