DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Phoenix, Arizona seeks a consultant to develop a coordinated transportation plan for human services. This plan will serve as a guiding document for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Enhanced Mobility of Seniors & Individuals with Disabilities – Section 5310 grant program. The consultant will be responsible for monitoring project performance and managing resources to ensure the project adheres to its scope, budget, and schedule.

Key tasks include preparing a detailed Project Management Plan (PMP), outlining specific tasks, deliverables, roles and responsibilities, staff time/resource allocations, communication protocols, and procedures for quality control and assurance.
