DESCRIPTION

This RFI seeks proposals for a comprehensive human resources software solution that consolidates HR processes from recruitment through retirement. The desired platform must provide all core HR functionalities, including talent acquisition, full-featured compensation and benefits administration, time management, and payroll.

The solution should also offer enterprise-level interconnectivity and advanced analytics. Key features must include talent management, time and attendance tracking, an integrated learning management system, employee self-service, automation of workflows to reduce manual interventions, and advanced position and labor relations management.
