A district in New York is seeking a vendor to deliver human resources recruitment and management software that streamlines and modernizes HR processes. The desired system must feature an advanced applicant tracking and recruitment module, enabling vacancies to be posted directly to major job placement platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and SchoolSpring, as well as facilitating automatic distribution to social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, and X. Customizable job requisition workflows, electronic submission of applicant materials, automated candidate screening and scoring, and efficient applicant communications are essential components of the solution.
In addition to recruitment capabilities, the software must offer comprehensive personnel management functions. This includes fully digital employee files, secure document upload and storage, and robust data retention and retrieval. Integration with WinCap for seamless HR, payroll, and benefits data management is required, alongside features for position control, employee roster management, and tracking of employee certifications, licenses, and mandatory trainings.
